REFUSAL TO EXCHANGE!!

<p>My mom got a tracksuit from donna claire as a gift on mother's day. The pants size was incorrect and we are trying to exchange it for the correct size or something else. Donna Claire Alberton City is refusing to exchange the item even though the tags are still attached. It was given to her as a gift so she doesn't have a receipt. Now she is stuck with something that doesn't fit and a shop that won't assist. She is also a pensioner and has difficulty walking so going to the store just not to be helped is also unacceptable! Everyone knows donna claire is not a "cheap" shop. You (or the person who bought the gift) pay an arm and a leg for something and they are very happy to take your money but their service really is not up to par with their prices. It was a cash purchase so no we cannot pick up the details on an account.</p>
