refund/voucher

I am just trying to get a simple refund/voucher for the value of the VOLKANO WIDOW DRONE, but it seems to be impossible. I went to the maponya HI-online store but they refused to help and their attitude wasnt pleasing as well, can someone assist coz everywhere I go I dont get answers all your foschini stores are not helping
