REFUND STILL NOT PAID!!

a month back I Reported an Unpaid refund from the Foschini store at the above mentioned mall. on the 29 October the Foschini group responded to my query and I got a call from the store and they asked me to provide them with my bank statement. I did that and so far I have already given them 3 bank statements but with no luck of getting my money back.<br> the EFT group then sent me a proof that showed the transaction going through to my account, I went to my bank FNB and had the case investigated, it was revealed that the money that was supposed to be refunded back to my account when back to the sender(Foschini) due to my account being inactive. the bank advised that the EFT at the store should go back on their GL so that they can see when the money bounced back to them. I would really appreciate if this matter can be resolved ASAP.
