REFUND PROCESS TFG sucks and it pathetic

I settled my account and i even received a paid up letter but still my account reflects i over paid and credit due to me, when i call TFG they refer me to their attorneys, when i call the attorneys they refer me to TFG, i JUST want close the account so that i dont get billed unnecessarily. they send me email asking for the last POP i did which should be on they system. the customer services is absolute NONSENSE
