Refund not returned

Hello Peter. On Wednesday 16th Sept 2015, I returned pants that were too big for me and took a smaller size. I was assisted by a lady called Alfrida who didn't seem to know what she was doing. She kept on asking her colleagues to come assist her. She then assisted another customer whilst she wasn't finished with me. I let it pass as I didn't want to cause a scene. She only assisted me 20 minutes later. On Wednesday the 23rd of September I went again to the same store to return the same pants as they were small. I then told her to please refund my money as clearly I couldn't into either. I gave her two invoices and again made me wait as she incorrectly put wrong details and had to wait for her colleague to come assist her. They asked me how I paid and I told them with a card and the guy called Boshielo put in my card and pretended as if they paid back the money into my account. They asked me to sign a receipt to say I received the money - I told them the money didn't reflect in my account as an SMS could've been sent to my phone. They ridiculed me and told me I will have to wait for them to knock off to give me my money. I left the store as I couldn't deal with ******. Please help
