Refund held, awful explanation, shoddy service!!
Sat 14th March: Drove to Century City @Home store, purchased a desk lamp. Paid via debit card.<br> <br> Tuesday 17th March: Returned it to Cavendish @Home branch - light was too bright, not suitable.<br> Told in store that the refund was \successful"and it had been credited back to our debit card used.<br> <br> Friday 20th March: After 4 days"
