Refund

Good day,

On the 15th of November 2019 I bought a pair of scandal and used my debit card to pay and the payment went off my account but it give an error on the tellers side. I then told her that it went through from my side but she said it will be revert back to my account since it didn't go through on their side. I then told her that I don't mind using the my card again to pay for the same transaction as long as when I come back to claim my funds back there won't be an issue and she promised that there wont be any issue. I then paid again and went through from my side and their side and got my shoes.

After a week not receiving my funds I then went back to the Foschini Forest Hill store to let them know that I didn't receive my funds yet and I gave them my bank statement and the receipts, they said they will send it to their EFT department and left my contacts as well. After I week I went to do a follow up and to date nothing has been done and no one has contacted me and we are only left with 3 days before its month trying to resolve one issue.
