Refund

I placed 3 orders at Foschini online and only 1 order was processed now, when I was placing this items they were available hence they took my money, now I must wait 10 days to receive my money back I so disappointed I will never buy anything at foschini. Now I am struggling to get my money back. I mean it’s not my fault that the items I placed were not available.
