REFUND

I bought shoes in December 2014 @ foschini south gate and took them back for a refund but till today no refund made. Have been to the store several times to claim my money back they have even requested that I should produce a 3 months bank statement to show that the refund was not made and I did that. On 28 Feb 2015 the store manager called me to tell me that they will not refund me cause the till slip that I have signed says that I have received the money but yet no money was given back to me or reversed into my account. I requested that we should meeting with the cashier and was advised that she no longer works there and when I requested that we should view the camera footage inside when the cashier gave the money to me I WAS TOLD THAT THERE ARE NO CAMERAS IN THE STORE ( WOW). This amazed me that a BIG RETAIL STORE SUCH AS FOSCHINI does not have any cameras in the store but yet if I should have stole something they would have had cameras in the store to prove that. M really not happy about the service as this makes me like a ******** cause no money was given to me but yet they claim that it was given to me.
