refund
i have made an incorrect payment by ATM to settle my account but the moment i realized i have made an incorrect payment i arranged for a debit order to be made from my account to settle the account.now the account is settled and the payment made by ATM has been paid into the settled account.i have tried since the 3rd of November to get the refund but i am getting nowhere. i desperately need my refund as it is the money to buy food for my kids but no one cares.i am told to wait but for how long i do not know and in the mean time i do not have money for food and transport to work.<br>
