Refund

I made a laybuy at Foschini in Canal Walk Capetown, That was at the End of April and I went to pay for it on the 1st of May. The outstanding balance was R1200 and some cents. I paid using my card but an amount of R1000 Rands, I had to go to the bank to increase my limit because the money wasnt enough to pay. When I got back I was told that my payment was voided and my money will bounce back in 24hrs. They requested me to get my bank statement becuase they did not trust that the money was not reversed into my account. I then paid cash becuase I needed the items. The lady promised to contact me in 24hrs but till to date I have not heard from them. I am still waiting for my Refund from them and it would appreciate them paying it back to the original form of payment
