Reckless lending and then harrasment
My mum has been unemployed for a good part of 30 years! She was granted credit by Donna Claire in excess of R10 000!!!! Now my mum obviously cant afford to pay as my dad has also been unemployed for a good 5 years but Donna Claire kept granting higher and higher credit limits... Surely this is reckless lending and over and above that they are constantly harassing her...EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! She tries and make a payment when she has money but they are never satisfied and the balances NEVER decrease cause of the interest that they keep charging monthly!!!! Please can someone contact me regarding this matter as i will escalate it to the Ombuds
