really now!

I bought a mobicell phone from Foschini Kollonade branch in February this year. I only had it for a few months when it started giving me an error message when I would try to switch it on meaning that I couldn't use it. I took it to the Foschini Jabulani mall branch in August . firstly I experienced the most ridiculous levels of service where I had to wait for over 30minutes to be attended to. this was during the week and the store wasn't busy at all, not sure whether there is only 1 person that helps in the cellphone counter? anyway they didn't seem all that interested in me and took the phone, wrote down what the problem was and gave me the phone's back cover and battery and promised to call me back once the phone was repaired no documentation to state that they had taken it in. this was back in August!!!! its now 3 months later and I haven't heard a thing. when i phone the store, i am told that they will pass on the message to the relevant person and she will phone me back which never happens. i am really frustrated and angry!
