Racial ************** at Foschini Bedford Center

I went to Foschini in Bedford Center and received the worst service because of my skin color. As I was queuing, the manager of the store named 'Rose' made it very clear that she was only interested in assisting white people that were BEHIND me in the queue, she had seen me and completely ignored the fact that I also needed assistance and I was in FRONT. When I got to the till, I asked the sales assistant how I can place a formal complaint and she rep**** with "Rose is the manager, she deals with customer complaints so it would be pointless to complain about her, to her'. This has happened on two occasions and it is so unfortunate because Foschini was one of my favorite stores.
