R4000-00 refund

<p>I have paid R4000,00 in my wife NWJ account in 2016 May at Foschini in Rustenburg branch and to my suprise RCS which we were paying the initial debt to saying they did not receive the money, upon investigation it was found that the money went into the foschini account. We went to foschini Rustenburg and we were told to complete the forms to get the refund in 2016 and we comp**** and told to submit the documentation we did but until now June 2017 we still havent received our money and now they are asking bank statements from me, they have the receipts to prove the amount was paid they are now delaying to pay money back asking for more excuses. FOSCHINI PLEASE PAY ME BACK MY MONEY I DONT WANT ANY EXCUSE WE ARE TIRED OF BEEN TAKEN FOR FOOLS BEEN SENT AROUND FOR MY REFUND I DONT WANT ANY ACCOUNT WITH FOSCHINI WE JUST WANT OUR MONEY BACK.</p>
