R10SALE Fail!!!!!

You guys had a R10Sale 5 days ago I placed 2 orders, today I received a email you try to source the item and there no stock. I then went on your side looking for the exact same bag and you have stoc****! I'm am truly disappointed and disgusted with your level of service the cheapest item which is the t **** I paid R10 for is at the warehouse not cancelled but my other items has all been cancelled. Can you explain this please???? I went and bought the exact same bag online that you said you have to stock if Tygervally has stock I checked. Been a loyal customer for how many years truly disgusted!!!!
