QUICK TO LIST BUT HAVE NO INTEREST IN CLEARING UP

I had an account with Exact. I lost my job and I ended up unable to pay for it. My account was sold to MBD attorneys. I have settled the account and got a paid up letter. I paid it up on the account on the 24th June 2019. Now I am still listed on ITC and no one wants to remove my name. I've written to MBD to remove my name but no one is now interested in talking to me or giving me feedback.
