Query outstanding from 2014

I have contacted you guys on the 24 October 2014 and to date have received no contact regarding this rather urgent matter. The reference number for the last request is ***8B.<br> <br> Needless to say I am extremely frustrated with the manner in which this has been handled<br> <br> Please see below my original complaint as sent through in 2014!<br> <br> I have just been notified that I have a credit listing against my name. <br> <br> I find this to be absolutely unacceptable given that I settled this account a while ago and in the stipulated time frame<br> <br> Furthermore I have received absolutely no communication from you guys notifying me that I had an amount owing or more specifically was going to be listed!!! <br> <br> You have now put my credit history into a negative light; needless to say I expect immediate action to be taken to rectify this and a letter of apology to be sent to me acknowledging the error on your part.<br> <br>
