Today I went to Foschini at The Mall, in eQonce. I asked a coloured lady(who I suspect is the supervisor/manager)about the clothes that were under a 50% off rack and whether they were already marked down. I honestly cannot tell you what her response was, but her face screamed gatvol. I then asked the same lady to assist me with a blouse that was too high up. To my surprise she let out a sigh followed by an "oh Here" in Afrikaans, which in any loose translation means, I'm fed up. The coloured ladies at that store are consistently always fed up and of no assistance with the exception of LISA, what a sweetheart. Lisa knows what she's there to do- ever so pleasant and helpful. Please work on the rest of the staff...
