Putrid service
I finally got my paid up letter saying my TFG account was settled.Foschini then advised that it still shows that I owe them R1900 on the system after giving them my paid letter.They gave me a no to call which I did and its been more than a week and they still investigating.I have paid this account but it still shows and once again I I must run after foschini.Im sooo sick and tired of running after people to do their jobs to get this sorted.This sis the second time I am using hello peter for results from Foschini.
