PURCHASING WITH ID BOOK
I went to a Foschini store to buy make up on my account,I forgot my Foschini card at home and i had my ID book with me.The cosmentic lady said they wont be able to assist me because i did not have my card with me<br> <br> I asked her where does the story comes from and she said headoffice.I asked her to ask me security questions and she said NOO she wont be able to assist<br> <br> Why are we not notified as customers about the change?and again if you have an ID isnt it proof enough???<br> <br>
