Profile edit - insanely complicated.

...just ANGRYYY. All I needed to do was to change my email address on my profile. In 2020 this is an impossible to do online????? I then called customer - service. I was informed that I would need to pass "security questions" UNRELATED to my account. I conceded. One of the "random, unrelated" questions was the date onf issue of my green id book. ??????? Whoooooo carries their ID books around to do a simple email address change? Needless to say - I FAILED verification!!!!!! May I suggest...in the modern era that Foschini sends a a confirmation link to the previous address to allow change. I now have to present myself at a store, with my ID and...THREE MONTHS BANK STATEMENTS????? [note that I am an online shopper for convenience and security reasons] How are my bank statements relevant to an email adress edit?

This is absurd, ludicrous. I'd appreciate my account being UNBLOCKED, ASAP and a consultant call me to verify my new address, WITHOUT me having to t**** to town.
