poorest of service, there is just no better day

I am currently standing at the till point, when this lady who does not even have her name tag was suppose to serve me, after I explained what I wanted she just said, eish stand on the side and served the two people behind me, when there was no one to serve anymore she then attended to me, when ever you come here you are guaranteed to have your da ruined, I can dare anyone to prove me wrong by anonymously walking into this store and go to the customer service floor and tell me if I am wrong, I am just out words, just wonder if this is the kind of service that we pay for!
