Poor Systems

I have been shopping at Foschini Potchefstroom Mooirivier Mall for several years and this incidence was not the first time to occur.<br> <br> When you pay at their paypoints using a debit/credit card. Their system is not working properly. you pay/swipe with your debit card and the money goes off your account ( bank notification) and then I do not know what happens during their process next thing they manager tells you that their slip did not print and thus you cannot leave with the goods you have just purchased and that it might reverse and that you will have to come the next day if it did not reverse or they will have to call their accounts office the next day.<br> <br> This is ridiculous because the money went off your account and now you cannot leavve with the goods you have purchased because their slip did not print? worse is that this transaction did not reverse still and its been over 12 hours.<br> <br> What is worse is that the managers are not helpful and full of attitude and go hide out at the back leaving their customers looking stupid just waiting there and wasting their precious time<br> <br> What is worse is that this is not the first occurance to me specifically and I have seen it happen alot.
