Poor staff behavior

We went to the Gateway Umhlanga Ridge store on Sunday 21 March and the service at the cashier counter was shocking. The staff went about picking specials and "cut he queue" ahead of paying customers and ladies (4 of them) had no urgency of expediting the payments. Some of the customers left the queue and merchandise as it was taking forever. Eventually I took the merchandise cashed for it at the cosmetics counter and complained to the manager (Jenny) of the incident...will not be going back to the store which such poor staff behavior.
