POOR SERVICES

I am very irritated not and very upset right now, if an account is not paid you the first people to take it to the lawyers and make calls time and again,now that my account is paid up you don't even you cannot update your system, I want a paid up letter with immediate effect and my details removed from ITC, am not going to call there and there cause am getting no joy they referring me from one pillar to the other , they gave me this number to call *** spoke to Asanda and she said that all is well on the side the account is closed then she gave me another number they just hung up on me, so please before i take this to another level get my name removed from ITC and send a letter
