POOR SERVICE HORRIBLE TREATMENT DONNA CLAIRE

This company its one hell of my daily frustration they dont know how to treat their customer they take us for granted i have an account with them i missed on payment and then i received a call from the consultants telling me i need to make a payment a minimum of R180 i said yes that was August then i went and make a payment of R200 in the store in the next two days after the payment done i received a threatening sms saying im unabridged with the store i need to make an immediate payment i kept quite then end of September i made a payment of R250 in the TGF store but still i receive sms saying they never received any payment they taking me to their Attorneys is this fair because i never received an call from September until now but i receive threatening sms from them how many people are on arrears with the store which they dont do such things to them im tired of this store they full of **** IM VERY VERY ANGRY U TREAT PEOPLE LIKE TRASH PEOPLE WHO BRING BUSINESS IM ALSO RECEIVING SMS THAT SAYS IM IN ARREARS WITH WHAT TELL ME WITH WHAT WHY DID YOU TELL ME ABOUT THE MINIMUM INSTALLMENT WERE ELSE IM IN ARREARS IM TAKING THIS EVEN MORE FURTHER.
