Poor service. Highly Disappointed

I bought a product (Black Opal foundation to powder) from Foschini West Street in Durban yesterday. They put a tester on me and on my way to work I had a reaction.<br> I have rash on my face and I went to return it the lady called Micheal was rude to me and did not assist me in a professional manner. She refused to refund my money back and tried to force me to take something else. I don't know why she was forcing me to take something else because I went to Foschini to buy face powder and it didn't go with my skin.<br> Mecheal tried to force me to put the make up again so she can see the reaction. I refused caused I didn't want to go through the pain again and wait for 45min for her to see the reaction. <br> When I showed her the rash, she said she can't see it....but it right on my face anyone can see it.<br> <br> oI don't understand why she refused to refund me and the worse part she just put the powder on the counter and walk away... I find that unprofessional and rude especially from some in management. <br> <br> oI hope you can forward this query to the area manager keshnee Kistan. Hope she can do something about Michael
