Poor service foschini Lochlogan

Im really disappointed at how foschini Lochlogan treate me today(18 April 2021) . I got to the store around 14:50 and found the store still opened . As i was still busy picking the items on the floor, some rude coloured lady pointed and shouted at me to make my way to the tills at 15:04, cos the store closes at 15:00.I have never felt so belittled and humiliated as she shouted at me infront of my two 15yr old boys. As heavily pregnant as i am, i ddnt say anything to her i left the store. I was so disgusted and annoyed and left everything. I ddnt see the need to go pay for the items . I cant believe we still have people who still doesn't know customer service especially in this tough times.many people lost their jobs during this pandemic, Many non essential businesses suffered and some were even closed due to lockdown and yet we still get such service from such big stores like foschini . That lady doesn't respect her job at all . she doesn't appreciate it judging from how she treated me. She was totally disrespectful and uncalled for. She could have found a better way to address me.Therefore im going to terminate my account.
