Poor service Foschini cellphone department,

I bought the Hi boost phone on the 18 May (Tuesday), After 15% the batter over heat ang get flat quickly, then i charge the phone to 100% , the following day 19 May i experienced that i cannot talk long as the batter will over heat and i realized that the lifespan of battery is less than 24 hours, I decided to take the phone back today (20 May) because of the battery, then they took the phone fir repairs because they said they can not see/identify the problem and they told me that it will take three month to get the phone back.
