Poor service

Good day

I am very disappointed with your service, I tried opening an account with you guys and I have been taken from pillar to post. Through it all I received a msg telling me I got approved but when I went to the store to collect my card I am told that I need to apply again for an account but not at a Foschini store, I need to go to a different TFG store.

I am not happy about this service at all!
