poor service

I bought a pair of jeans 2 weeks ago, jeans weren't suitable, so decided to return it this morning, got to the shop, then they tell me I must come back another day or later because they dont have any money in any till!! its past 12 on a Monday and no money for cash returns! it's unacceptable and the nerve of the cashier to tell me to come back another day, today is the only day I have time to do this!! CLOSE DOWN THE SHOP, ONLINE PURCHASES MUCH BETTER CAUSE CLEARLY THE COVID AFFECTED THE STAFF PERFORMANCES
