POOR SERVICE

The foschini team doesn't have any sympathy we have lost one of our family member and They not doing any justice calling every hour. I was only owing R1100 but due to that you charge for every single call i am now owing R1500 which i do not even know how it got there and also you forever adding magazines which we never agreed too. I am very disappoint in your service and my mom will pay the balance off and close that account because your service is poor. VERY DISAPPOINTED. LUCKY MAFISA (***)
