Poor Service Delivery- TFG

I was advise by TFG support team that a collection of a reject bag will be collected within 3-10 working day’s it has been 10 working days gone by and till date nobody has picked up the reject bag and I was not refunded my moneys back! This is pathetic service delivery from TFG , I had even went to a foshini store that advised they could not take the bag because that store does not keep that brand, I had to waste my time and run around sit on the telephone for +- 30mins and still there is no response from them.
