Poor service delivery

I went to foschini west street in Durban today, the store opens at 9am however we as customers had to fight in order for them to let us in. They opened the store 9:10am. I came to collect my card and was told to wait for someone who went to the first floor to fetch cards. Sis waited till 9:26, i started window shopping waiting to be assisted but no one assisted until i decided to leave. After seeing soo many complains about the service delivery and ridiculous interest im happy i left and not planning to return. Thank you bye
