Poor service

On Saturday (10 June 2023) Me and my sister went to look for a make up at foschini in west street for our neighbors wedding. We were not sure about our color, the staff on the floor was not assisting us at all! They were busy standing in a circle and gossiping about other staff members. My sister had to ask for help, one lady came and she spent maybe 1 minute explaining and went back to the other ladies. We had to beg them to assist us, such poor service!!.. The only person who was nice and able to tell us of the stores special was the lady at the till with colourful eye shadows. We had to go back and check the specials again

You guys really need to do better!
