Poor Service

I am so dissspointed and angry at the service I received from Donna clearwater mall jhb. I went there today in the morning just after 9am to request for a refund and they told me they don't have cash as it was still early in the morning and I understood that I told them I would do everything at the mall and when am done I would come through to get my refund and we agreed on that. At 5:55pm I went to the store again to get my refund and they told me they have not made enough money to refund me and I need to come the following day I told them I leave far from the mall and I cant come in the next day. I told them to call head office and find a solution but I was informed I need to fill in forms and my money would talk e 7 days to be refunded. I find this very strange that a shop in a mall couldn't make 800 from 9am to 6pm or it doesn't have pety. I ended up taking my clothes home with me since the supervisoe and cashier claimed they don't have cash. Is this the service Donna offeres
