Poor service at Finrite insurance

Im so disappointed and angry with Finrite cellphone insurances. I bought a cellphone at markhams in 2016 and one of the finrite consultants called me to offer me a cellphone insurance which I agreed to. Now the phone is lost and i put a claim on the 26th of february 2018 to this day there's no progress on my claim they keep telling me they are waiting for the recording, meanwhile they are still deducting the insurance fee. And to top it all ive since realised that there are 4 cellphone insurances from my Markham account that are being deducted by finrite but i only have 2 cellphone insurances. This is so frustrating I think i will have to resort to the Ombudsman for assistance.

So excatly how long should i wait this is the 3rd week now and nobody has called me, i was asked to be patient but my patience ran out a long time ago. Up to this day i havent received any phone calls as promised, still with no phone and nobody can explain why is finrite deducting for 4 cellphones insurances when only I have 2. I called finrite last week tuesday and the consultant I spoke to Itumeleng said they received the recording on the 8th of May and that I will receive response in 48 hours it passed and more, until I called again this morning spoke to a certain Pamela who only listened to the recording this morning during my call, and I still get to be told to wait another 48 hours which I know will turn to weeks. What is this excatly, is this how these companies treat their customers
