Poor Service and turn around time

This foschini thing is starting to annoy me , i reported the cellphone in December till to date the query till pending , are you for real?. <br> <br> Foschini treat their clients like a deity laundry, the take them for granted and disrespect them , the integrity word does not fit in in their vocabulary surely its not even on their mission statement coz should it be there, that will be misleading clients and public as the did to me . paying for cellphone insurance for 3 years and still paying for it even today without a phone and reported the phone lost waiting for feedback for nice 3 full months , what do you call that ? Waaaaaaw Foschini you are such a real Firm.
