Poor service and *********** staff

I ordered a sneaker for my child from Bash and the size was wrong. As stated on the return/exchange policy "A customer may return or exchange at the shop the item came from". I went to Total Sport Newtown and the service was awful. they didn't know their policy. What they did was to return the item to the shop, instead of exchanging it, because they can't exchange it since the online and the shop prices are different. they wanted me to pay extra for the correct size item. I then asked for my item back, still refused to give it to me. I fought for 3 hours for the shop to give me the item at price the that I bought from Bash. Eventually, after wasting my time the manager agreed to change the price and I got my item back. Bash and TFG is a piece of ****
