Poor Service and rude stuff

On the 29th of April I went to Soda block highveld Mall Witbank to buy clothes. Firstly the clothes are high up and the stuff doesn’t bother to help u reach for the clothes 2. When I requested a specific size they just said we don’t have without even checking at the back 3. The cashier that assisted me way Rude no consumer service what so ever

I’m not surprised that it’s nolonger full at that shop because of poor service
