Poor Service and Rude consultants

I bought a Huawei Y5 at Foschini Kenilworth Centre, when i got the phone the speaker was very low however didn't have the time to go back to the store cause i'm always at work. when i had the time to go to the store i had to wait 30mins for someone 2 help and when help finally came they basically told it's not their problem its the suppliers problem and they told me i had to come within 7 days of the purchased and i came the 8th day which was on a sunday.
