Poor service and records

Their records system is terrible. They keep on calling saying I have not paid. I sent proof of payment as advised by them. They acknowledged it and said resolved. I have explained it more than 5 times up until now I get calls daily. I have sent emails more than 2 times to their Customer service, there's no response.
