Poor service and product knowledge

I got the deluxe fragrance box for R800 at Promenade, when i decided which 50ml i wanted with the vouchers provided i was told the bigger stores would have it as they dont stock Estee Lauder. I was told to try the one in town, when i got there theres not much of a fragrance range and none of the miniture samples in the box. I was told to try Tygervalley i was told they are out of stock. I went again to Cpt store and managed to get Taryn from Tygervalley store to take my details when stock comes in she can call me. 2 weeks later nothing, just time and money wasted going up and down. Why sell the fragrance boxes whereas you dont stock those fragrances. This is a total rip of as im stuck with useless vouchers and poor customer service and product knowledge. I didnt pay R800 for nothing. I couldve just went elsewhere
