poor service and lack of product knowledge

<p>I went to buy a face powder yesterday I saw it advertised on TV. Told the lady what I was looking for.lindiwe Ndaba said they don't have my colour (toffee )I told her it's fine if they don't have they can give me the normal powder the one I have been using which I have an example of.she gave me only when I wanted to use it to find out its not a powder.when I return it they say I cnt return it their terms and conditions don't allow them.they then put a display that said you are not allowed to return such things.yesterday when I went buy that that sis play was not there.Lindiwe Ndaba gave me the wrong product when I return it she says I can't. That is a poor service.</p>
