Poor service and lack of customer care

My first time buying at foschini online and I regret it, wish someone could have warned me not to do it. I ordered two pairs of shoes on the 17th of April 2021. The estimated pick up date at my nearest Sportscene shop was 3-5 working days. I got an sms to go pick up my package 5 days later only to find out its only one pair of shoes. I have been calling foschini online service since then trying to get my other pair but no one seems to know anything. One agent said they managed to locate the shoes but its a smaller size, another one said they will process my refund but until now (its the 17th of May) nothing dololo from foschini. I am so disappointed by their poor service, will never again trust or recommend them to anyone.
