Poor service and attitude towards customers

I got a call from TFG accounts this morning regarding my account... The lady was so rude... And demanding money for me to pay towards the account, I told her my credit is high on the Account and I will do a payment... But if they keep charging me for calls that were not made to me... I will not do payment... I then told her I will pay the account in full and close the account with them... She did not even try to save me as a customer... I am also in the customer service industry... And being in this industry... The customer is always right.
