Poor service

I bought jeans online on Sunday paid for it on the very same day the order was cancelled long story cut short , I called the call centre and spoke to Sizeke from Cape Town branch under TL Mrs Sischer she told me that unfortunately there is nothing that can be done the system automatically cancelled my order because of Non payment . I have proof to show that amount was debited off my account and stated that I should wait for my money it will take 25-48 hours still nothing no refund . I am super upset about the poor service I have received because it felt like I was lying .
