Poor service

I bought a phone Sumsung A03 core at Foschini in Durban west street, when I got home it had a screen problem when I touch it presses itself, the next morning I returned it at the shop (which was less than 24 hours) they told me they have to take it back to Sumsung so they assess it. Some of the staff members did mention they are aware that these phones have a problem, I waited for good 3 weeks the phone was still not sent to Sumsung they kept saying no they are also waiting for courier to come pick it up and the most frustrating part I had to do the follow up myself, make calls, email and whatsApp texts to Sumsung and report the problem everyday, I asked the guy who is the manager there he said "I have no control over unforeseen circumstances I can't do anything about it " he could not even do a follow up and update me 😡 he also told me I'm probably going crazy because Im addicted to social media at that time I was stressed didn't have a phone at all I needed it for serious things. Eventually after almost a month of stress they asked me to come get a new phone because one lady by the name of Nomusa attended to matter.
