Poor service

I went to foschini chatsworth centre Durban today and was refused entry due to me not wearing mask but i have my company issued visor face shield on. The lady laneshree floor supervisor stated that only customer with masks are allowed. I was going to pay my installment on my account and was disappointed that i was not allowed to enter. Early i went to edgars Woolworth's and trueworth and paid my accounts with my visor on. I then went opposite to markhams (same as foschini group ) and paid my account. I will be settling my account and never do business with foschini again. Foschini needs to train there staff of different of face masks and visors face shields before allowing them to represent In these tough times people don't have funds to pay there accounts and the ones that do are refused entry .....i will share my experience on social media
